📄 Terms of Service

By commissioning a custom plugin or server setup from ajdnikov, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before opening a ticket.

Payment Terms

  • Pricing varies from project to project and is determined based on scope, complexity, and time required.
  • A price quote will be provided before any work begins. You must agree to the quoted price before development starts.
  • 50% of the total price must be paid upfront before any development work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the completed project.
  • All payments are non-refundable once development has started or the final project has been delivered.

Scope & Revisions

  • The project will be built based on the specification agreed upon in your ticket.
  • Minor adjustments and bug fixes after delivery are included at no extra cost for up to 14 days after delivery.
  • Feature additions or significant changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges.
  • Scope changes requested during development may affect the timeline and price.

Timeline & Delivery

  • An estimated delivery time will be provided after reviewing your request.
  • Timelines are estimates and may vary due to complexity or unforeseen technical challenges.
  • I will keep you updated on progress throughout development.
  • Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee — ask in your ticket.

Ownership & Licensing

  • Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the plugin or server setup on your server(s).
  • The developer (ajdnikov) retains full intellectual property rights and source code ownership.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the plugin or server files with any third party without explicit written permission.
  • The developer reserves the right to reuse code patterns, techniques, and non-proprietary logic in other projects.

Support & Liability

  • Basic support is provided for bugs and issues for 30 days after delivery.
  • Extended support or maintenance plans can be arranged separately.
  • The developer is not liable for any damages, data loss, or downtime caused by the plugin or setup on your server.
  • Compatibility with future Minecraft versions or third-party plugins is not guaranteed beyond the initial delivery.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your request before development begins at no charge.
  • If development has already started, a partial fee may apply based on the work completed.
  • The developer reserves the right to decline or cancel a request at any time, with a full refund of any advance payment.

Confidentiality

  • Any server-specific information shared during the commission (IPs, configurations, etc.) will be kept confidential.
  • The developer may showcase the plugin in a portfolio or promotional materials unless a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is arranged.

By opening a ticket and proceeding with a custom request, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
