10. Discord Bot

We operate the Bot on our Discord server. The bot manages support tickets, giveaways, custom messages and embeds (welcome messages, ticket panels, announcements), and moderation logging. By using the bot's features, you additionally agree to the following:

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
  • Do not abuse the ticket system (spam, duplicate or bad-faith tickets), giveaways, or any other bot feature. Abuse may result in loss of access, mutes, or bans at staff discretion.
  • Ticket content — including messages and attachments — may be saved as a transcript and archived by staff when a ticket is closed or deleted. Do not share sensitive personal information, passwords, or license keys belonging to others in tickets.
  • Giveaway results are final once winners are drawn. Prizes have no cash value and may be withheld in case of suspected fraud or entry manipulation.
  • The bot is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Features may change or be removed at any time, and access to the bot may be revoked for rule violations.
  • Staff decisions regarding tickets and moderation actions are final, though you may appeal via a new ticket.
